Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry, the form processes the contact and celebration details you provide: first and last name, email address, optional phone number, event date, venue or destination, optional planner, coverage type, guest count, and message. The information is validated on the server and used to read and respond to your inquiry.
The required checkbox confirms that you have read this privacy notice. It is not consent to marketing.
Email delivery
When email delivery is configured, inquiry details are transmitted to an email delivery provider and the designated Frech Weddings inbox so that the inquiry can be handled.
Hosting and technical delivery
The website is deployed using Vercel hosting infrastructure. Hosting services may process technical request information that is needed to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and local browser storage
With your explicit consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, navigation paths, general device and browser information, interaction patterns, and whether an inquiry was submitted successfully. Clarity can provide heatmaps and masked session recordings. Form fields and inquiry details are masked and are not used for advertising.
Analytics remains disabled until you choose to allow it. Google Analytics may then store analytics cookies such as _ga, while Microsoft Clarity may store _clck and _clsk. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
A session-only browser flag is used to avoid replaying the introductory animation during the same browsing session. It stays on the device for that session and is not used for advertising.
