Frech Weddings has no fixed packages or price lists. Every inquiry receives an individual proposal based on format, scope and location.

For a proposal, it helps to know your date, location, approximate guest count, and the parts of the day you want told in photographs. The proposal lists all agreed services, travel and delivery, so you can plan without surprises. A 50% deposit is due at booking, and the remaining 50% two weeks after the wedding.

It all starts with your inquiry through the contact form or on Instagram. Niklas replies personally, and in a short Zoom call you get to know each other and already walk through your timeline for the day. Then comes the proposal and, if everything fits, the booking. After that, Niklas is always reachable for any questions.

Before the date, we align the timeline, travel between locations and light, and talk about family photos, portrait time, the look of the edit and any particular wishes. Feel free to share a Pinterest moodboard or images whose poses and mood you love, or simply let go and leave the direction to Niklas. On the day itself, he works calmly and observantly, giving clear direction only where it helps the photographs, above all during the couple shoot.

Niklas edits the photographs that carry your story in a natural, timeless look. Within 24 hours you receive around 50 images of the key moments to share straight away. The full set follows within a month in a private online gallery, downloadable for a year. Near-duplicates stay out, so the set reads as one connected story rather than an archive. Black-and-white versions and small retouches are free of charge.

Niklas speaks fluent German and English and some Spanish. Conversations, planning and the wedding day itself therefore happen in German or English, and his Spanish covers the essentials when coordinating with suppliers in Mallorca. That makes it easier to work with international guests and families from different countries.

Mallorca is the focus: fincas in the island’s interior, coastal towns, the Serra de Tramuntana and Palma. Niklas also works from Hamburg, covering weddings in the city and across northern Germany. For destination weddings elsewhere, he travels worldwide when the setting and the plan suit his way of working.
