Wedding-day coverage is for couples who want the story to hold more than the ceremony and portraits. The attention moves between the rooms as they fill, the architecture and landscape you chose, family arriving, the gestures that pass between friends, and the energy that builds as the evening goes on. It is not about a fixed list of shots, but about a story with a beginning, a middle and an end. Before the day, we talk through the outline, priorities, light, and the moments you would like to give a little more room.
Who is full wedding-day coverage for?
It suits couples who bring their wedding together on one day: ceremony, reception, dinner and party sit close to each other, and most guests are there mainly for that day. It might be a small group at a finca or a larger celebration with guests from several countries. What matters is less the guest count than the wish to keep the feeling of the day as a whole.
If your guests arrive days in advance and you are planning a welcome dinner or a brunch afterwards, the wedding weekend is worth a look. If it is just the two of you, an elopement is usually the better fit.
How much coverage do you need on the day?
That depends on which parts of the day you want told in photographs. There is no fixed number of hours; we start from your schedule. Useful questions are: should the preparations be included? What happens after the wedding day?
After the celebration comes the edit. Niklas reviews every frame, selects the photographs that carry your story, and edits them in a calm, natural look that respects skin tones and light. Near-duplicates stay out, so the set remains focused and reads as one connected story.
Within 24 hours of the wedding you receive a selection of around 50 photographs of the key moments, ready to share with the people you love. The full gallery follows at the latest one month after the wedding in a private online gallery, where the images stay available to download for a year.

After your inquiry through the website or Instagram, we get to know each other on a short Zoom call and walk through your timeline: locations, timing, how your guests move through the day, and the moments that matter most.

Portrait time is planned around the light and the rhythm of your celebration, with gentle direction that keeps the images natural and connected. Two short windows often feel easier than one long block.

We go through the schedule together before the celebration. The key points are travel between locations, ceremony timing, room for portraits, and the moments that matter most to you. If your wedding planner already has a timeline, I work directly from it, so nobody has to plan anything twice.
Do we need a long portrait session?
Not necessarily. Portraits can be made in shorter, well-placed moments, so they feel like part of the day rather than separate from it. Often one window after the ceremony and another in the soft evening light works well. You stay close to your guests, and the photographs still feel calm, composed and unhurried.
Can family photos be included?
Yes. A short, clear plan for family groupings keeps these photos relaxed and gives everyone their time back quickly. Ideally you write a list of the most important groups in advance and name one family member who knows who belongs where. That way group photos take only as long as they need to.
How much does Mallorca wedding photography cost?
Instead of fixed packages, you receive an individual proposal based on format, scope and location. It takes into account your date, the venues, the length of coverage and travel. A 50% deposit is due at booking, the remaining 50% two weeks after the wedding. Send me a few details and the proposal will match your actual day.
Does Niklas photograph weddings outside Mallorca?
Yes. Niklas is based in Hamburg and works regularly in Mallorca, with Mallorca as his focus for weddings. For celebrations elsewhere he travels worldwide, as long as the place and the plan suit his way of working. Travel and related costs are listed clearly in the proposal, so you can see early on how your location affects the photography.
Which languages can we work in?
Niklas speaks fluent German and English and some Spanish. Conversations, planning and the wedding day itself therefore happen in German or English. That helps especially with international guests and families from different countries. He gives direction for group photos in a way that includes everyone, and he can manage the essentials in Spanish with local suppliers in Mallorca.
